These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern membership in [The River House Retreat/Everlasting Covenant Society (Isaiah 55:3)], a private membership association (“Association,” “PMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By applying for or maintaining membership, you (“Member”) acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Association is a private, voluntary membership association operating under the right of private contract and freedom of association.
All activities, communications, content, services, benefits, and interactions provided by the Association are private and restricted exclusively to Members. No offering is made to the general public.
Membership in the Association is:
- Voluntary
- Private
- Revocable at the discretion of the Association
No individual is required to join, and no public access is permitted.
By applying for membership, you affirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- You are legally capable of entering into private contracts
- You are joining for lawful purposes
The Association reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at any time, with or without cause.
The Association does not provide:
- Medical advice
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Government-regulated professional services
Any information, discussions, or content shared within the Association are educational, informational, and private in nature and are not a substitute for licensed professional services.
Members are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Members agree to:
- Act respectfully toward other Members and the Association
- Maintain confidentiality of all private Association materials and communications
- Not share, distribute, or publish any Association content to non-Members
- Comply with all Association rules, policies, and codes of conduct
- Violation may result in immediate termination of membership.
All Association materials, communications, meetings, documents, and benefits are confidential and proprietary.
Members agree not to disclose any private Association information to:
- Non-Members
- Government agencies
- Media outlets
- Social platforms
- Third parties
Without prior written consent from the Association.
Members voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the Association, including but not limited to:
- Personal decisions
- Interactions with other Members
- Use or reliance on shared information
- The Association makes no guarantees of outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Members release and hold harmless the Association, its founders, officers, managers, members, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- Membership
- Participation in Association activities
- Use of Association information or benefits
Membership may be terminated:
- By the Member at any time
- By the Association at its sole discretion
Upon termination, all rights, access, and benefits immediately cease.
Membership is personal and non-transferable. Members may not sell, assign, or share membership access. Unless expressly authorized by membership leadership.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the private contractual jurisdiction chosen by the Association, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Member and the Association and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
By applying for membership, paying dues, or participating in any Association activity, the Member affirms their informed, voluntary, and intentional acceptance of these Terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website after any changes to the terms and conditions indicates your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly.
