Policy

Our Refund and Transfeer Policy was last updated on May 11/2026

We hold every retreat with care, and we know life happens. Here's how bookings work:

Deposits:

A 50% deposit secures your spot and covers your annual “ The River House Retreat membership". Deposits are non-refundable.

Balance

The remaining 50% is due two weeks before the event. The balance is refundable up to 7 days before the event date. After that, it becomes non-refundable.

Transfers:

If life prevents you from attending, your deposit (and balance, if paid) can be transferred to another River House Retreat event within the next 12 months. Please let us know as early as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.

If we need to cancel or reschedule:

In the unlikely event we cancel or postpone (due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to the new date — whichever you prefer.
